This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. No hidden clauses. No data selling. No surprises.

We only collect what we genuinely need to serve you.
- If you are a candidate: Your name, email, CV, and professional background – so we can match you with relevant roles and opportunities.
- If you are a hiring organisation: Your name, company, and role requirements – so we can find the right BA for your team.
- If you are a community member: Your name and email – so we can send you relevant updates, job alerts, and learning resources.
- If you visit our website: Basic analytics like pages visited and session duration – so we can understand what is working and improve the experience. We do not track you beyond our site.
2. What We Do Not Do
We want to be explicit about this:
- We do not sell your data. Ever.
- We do not share your profile with any employer without telling you first and getting your consent.
- We do not use your data for advertising platforms.
- We do not send your information to third parties unless it is operationally necessary and you are aware of it.
- We do not hold onto your data longer than we need to.
3. Who Sees Your Data
Only the people who need to:
- Our internal team, to manage placements and training delivery
- A hiring organisation, only after you say yes to being put forward
- Platform tools we use such as email or CRM systems, which are bound by their own data agreements
- Regulatory bodies, if the law requires it – and we would tell you if we could
4. How Long We Keep It
We keep your data for as long as our relationship is active. If you have not engaged with us for 24 months, we will either reach out to check if you want to stay in our network or delete your data. You do not need to chase us.
5. Your Data is Yours
You can ask us to:
- Show you everything we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your data completely
- Stop contacting you at any point
Just email us and we will handle it promptly – no bureaucracy, no runaround.
6. Cookies
We use basic cookies to understand how people use our site. We do not use tracking cookies that follow you across other websites. You can turn cookies off in your browser at any time.
7. Security
