Why We Exist

Two problems. One firm built to solve them

Part 1. The BA role deserved better. So we built better.

The BA Network was born out of a straightforward frustration: organisations kept hiring the wrong BAs, and strong BA professionals kept getting passed over or underpaid. The recruitment process was never built for this discipline. It was built for engineers and borrowed poorly everywhere else.

So we built something different. A firm that only works in business analysis. Where every screening decision is made by someone who has actually done the job. Where candidates never pay a rupee. Where organisations whether in India or anywhere in the world get 2–3 shortlisted candidates in 2 weeks, not a stack of 40 CVs in a month.
